What is mayor humdinger paw patrol?

Mayor Humdinger is a recurring antagonist in the children's animated TV series, Paw Patrol. He is the mayor of Foggy Bottom, a neighboring town of Adventure Bay. Unlike the leader of the Paw Patrol team, Ryder, Mayor Humdinger frequently causes trouble and chaos. He is often seen scheming against the Paw Patrol for his selfish interests and ambitions. Mayor Humdinger is accompanied by his mischievous nephew Harold and a team of guardians known as the Kitten Catastrophe Crew. Despite his villainous tendencies, Mayor Humdinger has been shown to have a soft spot for cats. He was created by Keith Chapman and is voiced by Ron Pardo.
